WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for a Finance Specialist that will play a critical role in the financial management of our IAP business, since you’ll be preparing financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial data, and providing support to the outsourcing company handling accounting functions.

• Preparation of Management Reports (including balance sheet, profit & losses, cashflow, etc) to share with company board members.
• Supporting the outsourcing company that draws up the company’s accounts.
• Reviewing the accounts on a monthly basis, both general accounting and accounting by cost centre.
• Prepare an indirect cost report to share with the company’s board members.
• Support in invoicing for IAPs transactions and other revenue streams.
• Analysis of bank liquidity and availability.
• Assist the team with tax validation.
• Support the accounting team in completing mandatory reports (INE, Banco de Portugal ETC).
