KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

High School Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 5/7 years of experience in a multinational context
Fluent in Italian and English
Good knowledge of IFRS; Knowledge of SAP R3 (FI, CO, AA, MM) and Tagetik applications is considered an advantag

JOB PURPOSE

Provide support to the Financial and Administrative Manager for the Northern European countries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage periodic closing records (provisions, deferrals, inventory valuation, depreciation, foreign currency revaluation,…);
• Handle intercompany reconciliation procedures;
• Manage key data and property records;
• Manage lease accounting records according to IFRS16 principle;
• Ensure all accounting processes are executed correctly;
• Assist in the timely and accurate preparation and presentation of the monthly reporting package; Cash flow reporting; Interactions with auditors for group report management and statutory balance sheets and publication of their reports; Preparation of Intrastat declaration;
• Provision of data and management of relationships with insurance companies; Special projects, if any.
