KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Knowledge and proven experience of the Aderant Stack
  • Preferred knowledge and experience of Finance systems such as Chrome River, Iridium Pre Bill, Arcs & E Billing Hub
  • Experience and understanding of MSSQL Server
  • Understanding of database structures, reporting tools, principles, and practices
  • Knowledge and understanding of finance processes and accounting rules
  • Keen attention to detail and numeracy skills
  • Self motivated with an ability to identify and develop solutions to enhance and maintain IT/ Finance services.
  • Experience of working within incident, service request and problem management processes.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with a focus on working collaboratively with people within the team and across the organisation
  • Ability to deal with difficult or demanding situations and work in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstratable experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

To provide technical support of all practice management systems, acting as the key conduit for Finance and IT coordination around infrastructure and system support and development including improving and maintaining all practice management systems

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting in the management, maintenance and technical ownership of all practice management systems, their SQL environment and their related customisations and integrations to help ensure they are meeting business needs
  • Responsibility for troubleshooting and managing escalated 2nd & 3rd line support calls
  • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and work with teams to analyse, develop, test and implement changes.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation relating to systems, processes and procedures
  • Provide and share knowledge with other team members and stakeholders such as finance and for those using the systems
