Job Title: Finance Systems Governance Administrator

Salary: Circa £31,500 Dependent on expeirence

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential:

• An understanding of Finance Systems Governance and Finance Controls
• Experience of Analysing Finance Transactions
• Comfortable with engaging with people at all levels of business

Desirable:

• Experience of using Service Now
• Proficiency with Fiscal Technologies – NXG software
• Familiarity with using Microsoft SharePoint

• Undertaking a range of duties – technical, administrative, and function-specific- across a range of finance systems
• Supporting the business with the administration of the e Delegation of Authority System
• Managing queries via Service now
• Supporting with testing for wider business projects
• Completing User Access Reviews to ensure compliance with IT policy
• Supporting with adherence and compliance to Governance Controls across Finance Operations
• Analysis of invoice data to identify potential unusual transactions
• Providing cover as required on key tasks in wider team
