Description:

  • Fixed term contract, parental leave cover for November 2024 to July 2025
  • 32.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

    We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our close-knit finance team based in the Hamilton Support Office.

In this position you will be involved in:

  • Day-to-day financial operations as well as financial projects.
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Accounts reconciliation, general ledger administration
  • Analysing financial data and reports

The successful candidate will need:

  • A minimum of three years of accounting experience
  • To be system savvy, intermediate in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, database)
  • Experience in EXO business and & automated invoice processing is an advantage.
  • A relevant professional qualification in accounting or finance (preferred but not essential).
  • A proactive approach and can-do attitude
  • To have high attention to detail and accuracy
  • To be an enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible team player willing to take on a range of tasks.
  • To be able to take responsibility for day-to-day tasks and meet deadlines.
