You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are a creative thinker. Day-to-day, you will: • Provide support via telephone and online (ticketing tool-salesforce) by triaging and determining the correct course of action to address queries, problems or issues raised by our customers • Help our customers with technical questions and allow them to get the most out of our payment software by resolving their queries in accordance with our Milestones (SLA’s) • Ensure that the quality of the support meets the Access Customer Service standards by delivering against and exceeding your objectives; provide excellent customer experience and take initiative and support continuous improvement. • Proactively identify any risks to service and the consequences to Access. You will drive and escalate mitigation. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Good communication skills; you are confident, clear and warm communicator with a flexible and a constructive approach to customers • You have good knowledge/understanding of Accountancy or Bookkeeping • You are goal orientated and have a strong delivery focus; you are characterized by Flexibility and pragmatism, an ability to self-plan and respond to shifting priorities What are we all about?
