We are looking for a skilled Finance Project Manager to join our team to facilitate the delivery of the global finance transformation strategy across all our regions. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in delivering complex finance projects.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead multifaceted finance projects, ensuring alignment with the Groups’ overarching strategic objectives.
- Develop project plans outlining key milestones, timelines and resource requirements.
- Cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Manage supporting material for meetings and coordinate all project related meetings including issuing pre-meeting prep, taking minutes, maintaining action and decision logs.
- Prepare regular communications on project progress, key insights and relevant updates, ensuring issues are highlighted early to senior stakeholders and project sponsors.
- Facilitate change management strategies to support the success of transformation projects.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing feedback mechanisms to assess project outcomes and better refine future project strategy.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Proven experience as a project manager leading ERP implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, upgrade processes and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and prioritization skills to juggle multiple projects at the same time
- Develop templates, processes, and guidelines to drive internal communication and adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Ability to thrive in a challenging and fast paced environment.
- Experience working with an enterprise ERP solution (SAP 4/HANA and NetSuite preferred).
- Prince 2 / Agile PM or other similar accreditation is preferred but not required.
