Currently, we are inviting Financial Accountant to join our growing Poland (Warsaw) team to help us grow our international teams based on the best practices in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • handle daily accounting operations, including invoicing, management of trade receivables and payables, recording and posting financial transactions, bank reconciliations, inventory accounting, and processing entries in the accounting system while analyzing the company’s financial data.
  • prepare tax declarations (optional)
  • create monthly budgets and forecasts.
  • execute the monthly closing process, prepare management reports, and report to HQ.
  • manage payroll administration.
  • ensure compliance with all accounting, reporting, legal, and tax requirements.
  • conduct financial year-end closing and reporting, and prepare documentation for annual audits/tax authorities.
  • establish the finance/accounting department in the local office in coordination with the CEO.
  • perform other tasks as assigned by the CEO or HQ.
