• Provides technical accounting expertise to UK Finance team members as required and directs the preparation and formal review of local financial reports and statements.
• Support the Country Financial Controller with ad hoc reporting and projects as required. Deputising for Country Financial Controller UK when required.
• Support statutory accounts preparation in accordance with accounting standards
• Key point of contact for annual statutory and control audits for all UK entities
• Key point of contact and liaison with EMEA Shared Service Centre (SSC) re. GL accounting, AR and AP for UK entities
• Support month end closing of ledgers of entities not supported by EMEA SSC
• Handling all control activities where the finance department is process owner and that are subject to Sarbanes-Oxley Act 404 Compliance
