THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Financial Administration Manager. As a Financial Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action. Analysing every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Operationally assisting all areas of the business in financial Decisions
• Update and maintain fixed asset register with all assets purchased with correct asset tag numbers
• Calculate depreciation per category of assets and process entries monthly Process salaries cashbook and balance bank reconciliation
• Ensure all month end journals are processed Raise all monthly provisions
• Finalise trial balance and complete balance sheet reconciliation Approve vat 201 forms to be submitted to SARS
• Prepare provisional tax forms the company and submit twice a year on time Assist in completing the ITR14 form and submit to SARS once reviewed by CFO Assist company with all SARS queries
• Taking ownership of the finance department and identifying and adress shortcomings be it in the people and systems
