FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

- Degree or Diploma in financial, administration, business, communications, or another related field
- 2 yrs or above experience in an administrative role

Responsibilities:
- Provide general supports to Director
- Answer and direct phone calls from existing clients, and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Organize and schedule appointments for Director
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Assist and prepare financial applications
- Develop and maintain client investment account filing system
- Maintain clients contact lists
