FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree or Diploma in financial, administration, business, communications, or another related field
  • 2 yrs or above experience in an administrative role

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general supports to Director
  • Answer and direct phone calls from existing clients, and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Organize and schedule appointments for Director
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Assist and prepare financial applications
  • Develop and maintain client investment account filing system
  • Maintain clients contact lists
