Responsibilities:

ABOUT ROLE:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, energetic, friendly, hard-working, and experienced Financial Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Successful candidate will understand fundamental accounting principles, be a team player, but work independently with minimum supervision and will understand the essential elements of a small business, performing additional administrative assistant tasks typical in a small business. As a small company but highly integrated team atmosphere, this position will work closely with the TriQuest leadership team on a variety of special projects, allowing the candidate growth potential to expand their initial role within the company.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain accurate financial & account records
  • A/P, A/R, Inventory Management
  • Compile data, documentation, & financial reports
  • Execute sales or other financial transactions
  • Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance
  • Calculate costs of goods or services
  • Manage office vendors
  • Document preparation & editing
  • Stay within departmental budget constraints
  • Maintain documentation for departmental policies
  • Assist with weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting schedules with team members
  • Complete special projects or other tasks as needed
