Description:

Not-for-profit seeks a Financial Administrator with fund/grant accounting experience. In this role, you will assist with accounting and administrative transactions in addition to: assisting with grant administration, perform expense analysis, prepare purchase order liquidations, compile and analysis grant data, prepare budgets, assist with journal entries, develop and implement financial strategies, coordinate and facilitate external audits, implement and manage financial software/systems, and collaborate with other departments to support financial and operational goals. In this Financial Administrator role, you will keep aligned with compliance by following general accounting policies and procedures as well as HR-related regulations.

  • Maintain internal file/record keeping system
  • Budgeting & Planning

The ideal Financial Administrator will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.

Other requirements for the Financial Administrator role include and are not limited to:

  • 7+ years of grant accounting experience
  • Any ERP experience
  • Proven experience working with financial projects
  • Excellent communication skills
