We’re looking for an experienced Financial Advice Administrator to help us build a world class service that transforms our client’s lives and provides great value for money.

EXPERIENCED IN FINANCIAL SERVICE ADMINISTRATION

You’ve had at least 2 years of experience in a financial advice administration role at a financial advice firm, and you know how to make things run smoothly.

OUTSTANDING SPOKEN AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS

You can write and speak clearly. You’re friendly and maintain a professional persona whether communicating via email or phone.

A RESOURCEFUL PROBLEM SOLVER

We won’t always have the right process in place. You’re proactive and curious to explore ways we can get the job done as efficiently as possible, and always looking for ways we can improve.

As a Financial Advice Administrator you’ll be responsible for the smooth onboarding and servicing of clients receiving our full financial advice services. You’ll work closely with a team of planners and advisers to service those clients, and you’ll have the support of other members of the operations team to improve processes and make sure problems are sorted quickly.
We’re looking for someone who can bring 2+ years of experience in financial advice administration, who is excited to help refine our processes, improve the client experience and our efficiency as a business.
