- Superannuation planning strategies and intra-fund advice topics
- Provide appropriate advice to eligible Members and AMP products
- Specialist knowledge of AMP products and corporate super plans
- approved licensee policy, processes and standard operating procedures
- Provide exceptional service that exceeds Member’s expectations
- Meet minimum hours of required professional development training per annum
- Listens to feedback, takes decisive action to improve and enhance skills an
Ideally, you will bring the following experiences to this role:
- Meet the Professional Standards for Financial Advisers - FASEA Approved Degree, Pass FASEA Exam, named on ASIC Financial Adviser Register (FAR), completed Professional Year (if relevant)
- 2+ years Phone-based advice experience
- Demonstrated track record of following structured advice process and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to meet activity targets and conversion rates to personal advice
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- AMP approved scripts, policies, procedures and risk controls
- High level of technical knowledge about current legislative and regulative standards
- High client service orientation and interpersonal sensitivity
- Deliver advice within reasonable time requirements such that advice calls are efficient and we can deliver our advice service at scale
- Maintain member file notes and advice templates
- Keep workflows up to date on a daily basis so we can track file progress and meet SLA’s
- Work proactively, positively and with a ‘can do’ attitude with your Manager and team colleagues
- Take prompt and decisive action to deliver advice on time
- Self-motivated with regards to personal and professional improvement
- Ability to triage members to other channels where intra-fund advice is not appropriate
- Productive, efficient time management and ability to prioritise work
- Team player who can work with others and promotes a harmonious working environmen
