QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in Finance required ideally in an FP&A / financial analyst role
  • Demonstrated experience driving efficiency, process improvement, and creating reporting to inform insights into key business drivers
  • Comfortable interacting with team members across functions
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive by nature with great attention to detail
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for problem solving
  • Self – starter possessing the ability to work well independently
  • Team player who thrives working on a cross-functional and collaborative team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Public Company experience a plus
  • Experience with corporate expense & personnel tracking
  • Experience working with a U.S. based company a plus
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Insights, PowerBI, Netsuite or similar

Responsibilities:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a business partner between Finance & our corporate G&A and Customer Success organizations.
  • Prepare GAAP & Non-GAAP monthly budget to actual reporting and variance analyses
  • Model, forecast and track expense components and drivers
  • Understand, develop and monitor business KPIs to report on performance and trends
  • Drive improvements in our corporate reporting to derive insights and provide recommendations that will bring long term benefits the business
  • Provide input to process improvements based on industry best practices
  • Identify trends, develop insights, and present this to the business leaders to leverage the information as part of investment decision-making
  • Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects

SALARIED, EXEMPT ROLES:

The typical base salary range for this position is 49,000 - 60,000 euro. The actual salary offer will ultimately depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, relevant education, experience, complexity or specialization of talent, and other objective factors. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus based on a combination of company performance and employee performance. Long-term incentive and short-term variable compensation may be offered as part of the compensation package dependent on the role. Some roles may be commission based, in which case the total compensation will be based on a commission and the above range may not be an accurate representation of total compensation.
