QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or similar finance roles
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in business cases, strategies, and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-starter with adaptability to fast-paced environments
  • Ability to collaborate across various levels and functions

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • 12-month Contract role until September 2025
  • Competitive pay: $400-500 per day inclusive of superannuation
  • Flexible working available (3 days a week mandatory in office)
    We are seeking a detail-oriented Investment Prioritisation Analyst to support strategic, transformation, and operational projects with our customer who is a market leader in the aviation industry. In this role, you’ll help prioritize and manage projects, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and provide essential project management support. You’ll also coordinate with stakeholders, handle financial processes, and contribute to process improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in project prioritization and alignment with goals
  • Support project management, including reporting and quality assurance
  • Evaluate and recommend projects for approval
  • Manage CAPEX and OPEX month-end processes
  • Coordinate meetings and workshops with stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on project progress
  • Provide guidance to project teams and finance partners
  • Improve processes, tools, and templates
  • Oversee RFAs in the RFA Portal (K2)
  • Collaborate on Transformation reporting
