We are open to this Financial Analyst position being in any of our office locations: Cleveland, Akron, or Youngstown, OH.
Responsibilities:
- Have regular interactions, communications, and coordination within department and outside the department
- General accounting and bookkeeping support for separate lines of business
- Compile financial information, including preparing parts of the financial statements
- Prepare various budget to actual reports for corporate shares service (recruiting, technology, marketing, etc.)
- Review and analyze expenses, looking for trends and forecasting
- Expense reimbursements and corporate credit card monitoring and approvals
- Assist in annual budgeting of expenses
- Compile data to complete required financial surveys
Qualifications:
- Full time position
- Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in an accounting/finance role
- Proficient in Outlook and Word, advanced user of Excel
- Reliable and ability to work independently to manage tasks, projects, and deadlines
- Effective and professional communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Highly detail oriented
- Experience with a service based business preferred
