Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst with extensive Tableau experience to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of our Finance team, you will own the reporting for the company as well as support the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial analysis and have a proven track record in Tableau design and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in reporting and financial analysis.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tableau super user, with proven expertise in dashboard development and data visualization.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of a financial reporting tool, ideally Prophix.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- East Coast/Central Time Zone Hours Preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to Travel
Responsibilities:

FP&A:
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting process.
- Assist in creating ad-hoc models to support promotions and campaigns.
- Assist in variance analysis vs budgets and prior year. Ability to dig into data and understand results.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
Tableau Reporting:
- Create and maintain daily/weekly/monthly KPI dashboards and reports that highlight relevant trends and promote fact-based, data-driven decisions.
- Streamline and maintain data sets and calculations, ensuring continuity across all measures.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to provide KPI dashboards, reports, and analyses to help them improve performance and drive business.
- Experience of integrating Tableau with other systems would be advantageous.
- Create and maintain a glossary
- Lead project to convert older Executor/SQL reports to Tableau.
Other Reporting:
- Create and maintain financial reports in Prophix.
- Assist in preparing monthly owners’ financial packet.
- Ad-Hoc Excel reporting, experience creating pivot tables and vlookups is a must.
