Responsibilities:

As a Financial Analyst, your objective is to support the FP&A function by assisting in the gathering, analysis, and interpretation of financial data to facilitate budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management, providing insights and recommendations based on thorough variance analysis and financial modeling. Your role will involve contributing to process improvement initiatives, professional development activities, and ad hoc analysis projects, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and relevance of financial information to support decision-making and drive business growth.

Principal Duties (include but are not limited to):

  • Risk Management: Review contract pricing structure and accuracy for new clients.
  • Risk Management: Assist in initial preparation and initial review of credit applications from new prospective clients.
  • Financial Modeling: Own the process for updating and maintaining source data for financial reporting tool(s), as well as running the automations and other updates designed within these tool(s).
  • Reporting: Participate in designing, developing, and implementing internal reports for strategic business decisions including but not limited to managerial reports, forecasting, and budgeting reports.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Assist in conducting ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by the FP&A Manager or senior management, providing insights and recommendations to address specific business needs and challenges.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the FP&A team as needed, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment focused on achieving departmental goals and objectives.
