Join DHL Supply Chain’s growing team as we establish a new accounting hub in Budapest and oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the hub to support our business across the region.
QUALIFICATIONS & KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of financial or business experience.
- Fluent English.
- Good analytical skills and advanced used of MS Excel.
- Experience in managing external stakeholders preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of Oracle Financial Systems or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and provide accurate and timely information to support decision-making and monitor progress.
- Provide financial management, governance, and support as a key business partner, maintaining effective relationships with internal and external customers.
- Develop and deliver high-quality, innovative products, services, or solutions.
- Drive high performance by establishing clear, challenging, and achievable objectives, aligning resources, and supporting the preparation of financial reports, models, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage improvement programs to enhance business efficiency, profitability, and champion continuous improvement and innovation.
- Maintain effective communication channels with team members and the wider business as necessary.
- Support the creation of an efficient controlling team to process and manage financial data accurately and timely, challenging cost center controllers to provide accurate information.
