The Financial Analyst is responsible for developing, interpreting, and implementing analysis of strategic and financial matters, assisting in developing and presenting financial planning models and proformas, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances impacting specific departments/business units. The position is on-site and located in our corporate headquarters, 728 East Beaton Drive, Suite 101; West Fargo. The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday. Must be willing to work additional hours as the business needs demand.
Responsibilities:
- Create proformas to forecast future performance of opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on financial findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide financial insights for decision-making.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual financial results, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reviews.
- Assist in contract management functions within the interim and mobile imaging segments
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or other business related degree; or equivalent experience and training.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, time management, organizationalskills with a strong accuracy and detail orientation.
- Must be proficient with computers and Microsoft applications with exceptional Excel skills.
- Ability to multi task is a must.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
