JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst with expertise in Systems Thinking to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to review and document the entire workflow of a dual-country organisation for both processes and information flows using a systems approach.

KEY SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, a scientific or field.
• 3-5+ years experience as an Analyst.
• Solid understanding of process mapping techniques and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience in developing and maintaining pricing strategy
• Experience in dealing with price fluctuations due to shipping costs and exchange rates.
• Commercially minded and strong understanding of business finance and analytics
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse / cross-regional teams.
• Demonstrates complex problem resolution proficiency and the ability to identify/implement process and system enhancements
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry best practices.
