The Financial Analyst is a critical finance role reporting to the Head of Finance, supporting the Finance strategy across the group. The Financial Analyst is responsible for preparing and communicating both financial reporting and analysis of the key drivers of the business’s performance.
WHAT WILL YOUR TYPICAL WEEK LOOK LIKE?
- Engage in budgeting and forecasting processes by coordinating with stakeholders and team members to provide targets to relevant business units, and a forward-looking view of performance.
- Build a deep understanding of your division including a thorough understanding of all the key drivers impacting results
- Support the annual and ongoing planning process for your business units and provide regular forward-looking forecasts throughout the year in collaboration with key stakeholders in a matrix environmentAnalyse the weekly & monthly performance to identify actionable insights and continuously improve the divisions performance
