Description:
JOB OVERVIEW:
Conduct research and analyses to determine present and future financial performance. Prepare and deliver a wide range of reports and presentations including but not limited to, budgets, forecasts, financial trends, metrics, pricing models and data analysis to support sound business decisions based on accurate & useful information.
The Financial Analysis is a Hybrid position. The office is in Plantation, Florida.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting from an accredited college or university; MBA preferred but not required; minimum two to three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Demonstrate integrity in research and analysis with a commitment to accuracy
- Use of analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize information into actionable recommendations and analyses
- Adaptable and able to prioritize tasks and various projects with the ability to deliver results in a flexible, fast-paced work environment
- Thrive in a team environment, as well as independently, and be self-driven
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with members of the team and other departments to complete assignments on time
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Able to manipulate large quantities of data with ease using various methods
- Intermediate to advanced logical and technical skills in relation to formulas, pivots, & queries
- Experience in Great Plains, Vena, and/or Power BI a plus

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce specialized reports, profitability analysis, pricing analysis(models) and other ad-hoc projects using Microsoft Excel, VENA, and Power BI(if applicable).
- Prepare, produce, and maintain multiple monthly dashboards, margin reports and various financial reports during and after closing.
- Conduct research and resolve inquiries within both Finance and other functional departments.
- Improve process efficiency and performance of large quantities of data.
- Assist in preparing the annual budget and quarterly forecast process, including collaboration with senior management, and preparation of final presentations in PowerPoint.
- Cooperate with various departments as needed, to accurately reflect trends & metrics, report financial data, and aid with pricing models.
- Make recommendations for improvement of financial reporting, business modeling, budgeting/forecasting, and other company financial outputs.
- Work in tandem with other analysts on team; providing backup, support, research & guidance.
