Description:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field, or Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field
  • Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
  • Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes

We are currently looking for a highly analytical and forward-thinking Finance Manager to join our growing Marketplace team in our EU headquarter in Luxembourg.
    The role will be part of the EU Marketplace Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. You will partner closely with finance and business stakeholders in Luxembourg, in the main European markets (UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain) and in our global HQ in Seattle with a focus on reporting and planning to help the EU Marketplace business to achieve its growth and profitability objectives.
    Role Responsibilities

Key focus of the role will be related to Variable HC and Opex controllership. Main tasks are:

  • Provide timely and insightful analysis
  • Support business review processes including monthly and quarterly financial reviews, planning, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis
  • Drive planning/forecasting processes standardization and streamlining
  • Develop tools to drive better performance understanding
  • Ensure data accuracy, timely availability and automation in data collection
  • Build strong relationships within a highly matrix organization

  • MBA, or CPA
  • Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
