JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. Greenbull offers a unique opportunity for a talented individual to gain hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions and contribute to our ongoing success. You will be reporting to the Head of M&A and Ventures and work closely with the VP of Ventures and Acquisitions.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

· Prepare documentation, including PowerPoint presentations, to effectively communicate investment opportunities.
· Utilise strong presentation skills to represent Greenbull and present opportunities to potential ventures and acquisitions.
· Demonstrate effective communication skills across various channels, including phone and email, to present the company positively.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Proactiveness and an entrepreneurial mindset is essential.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level is required. Experience with Canva is a strong advantage.
• Strong business acumen.
• Preferred experience in assessing companies, ideally within transaction services at a consulting firm.
• Previous experience as a trainee at a private equity fund, venture capital fund, or corporate finance department of a company is advantageous.
