The Financial Analyst will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of documents and analyses, review performance benchmarks and assist in business forecasting for the physician compensation program.

JOB SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS

In this role, you will:

  • Monitor physician employment agreements, contract provisions, update and revise systems and calculations as required.
  • Responsible for assisting in the calculation of Physician Compensation consistent and compliant with contract language.
  • Assist and provide feedback to Operations, Finance, and Accounting in determining proper administration of agreements.
  • Monitor and assist with implementation of and adherence to operational/contract changes.
  • Assist in the identification of areas of concern for contract problems requiring intervention or resolution.
  • Assist in the preparation of departmental reports, as well as interpretation and variance reporting.
  • Ensure that all processing and reporting deadlines are consistently achieved.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field as required.
  • Two years of progressive finance experience; preferably in healthcare
  • Contract management or administration experience preferred.
