Responsibilities:

SUMMARY OF ROLE:

As a Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role on our client-facing team, where you’ll research, analyze, and interpret data to support health and welfare benefit programs for employers of all sizes. Your insights and expertise will directly impact our clients, helping them make informed decisions and optimize their employee benefit offerings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Gather, organize, and enter data into Excel, Power BI, and Tableau for various client projects.
  • Contribute to projects used in client meetings and budget discussions.
  • Provide clear, actionable data that tracks plan performance and aids in decision-making.
  • Collect data from clients and vendors, verify for accuracy, and enter into an Excel template.
  • Track actual versus expected healthcare costs monthly for each client.
  • Develop projections and IBNR estimates for self-funded plans.
  • Assess financial impacts of carrier, plan, or migration changes.
  • Support client initiatives and perform demographic analyses as needed.
