Envestnet is seeking a passionate and talented Financial Analyst I to join our Finance team. This position is expected to report to our Berwyn, PA office.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree required, with an accounting or finance emphasis preferred
• Knowledge of capital markets or investment management a plus
• Expert knowledge of MS Excel or other database skills a plus
• Ability to execute in a dynamic and demanding environment by demonstrating organizational, problem-solving, analytical, project management and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated initiative, innovative, and self-motivated with a great sense of urgency and follow-through
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects/priorities

• Extracting and structuring operational and financial data to ensure data integrity and support the business unit’s monthly financial reporting needs
• Provide data to inform the models facilitating analysis and decision-making for the business unit’s monthly financial reporting needs
• Analyzing data, identifying issues and opportunities
• Provide analysis supporting monthly business review reporting package
• Support the development of financial models to support forecasting and budgeting plan processes
• Provide necessary data to facilitate quarterly sales incentive process
• Other duties as assigned
• Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
• As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet’s established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
