Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related business field required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365; that includes Advanced Excel skills (spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, graphs, data manipulation/analysis and formula creation).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with JD Edwards or other financial systems and tools.
  • Knowledge and experience with PowerBI.

ROLE SUMMARY

MasTec is seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Senior Analyst for Henkels & McCoy’s Shared Services to join our team of creators and problem solvers. As the FP&A Senior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to impact the financial success by instituting cash management best practices and influencing decisions through process improvements, automation, and analysis. The successful candidate will have a passion for problem solving, the ability to influence, and the will to win.
Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and maintain daily/weekly cash dashboard.
  • Build a monthly working capital analysis and dashboard.
  • Analyze cash flow trends and develop a 13-week cash forecast model.
  • Re-engineering and drive automation of cash management processes.
  • Monitor daily cash balances and transactions to optimize liquidity.
  • Execute cash movements including wire transfers, and payments.
  • Prepare documentation for Surety Bonds and Borrowing Notices.
  • Conduct regular credit risk assessment on counterparties.
  • Assist with audits by providing documentation and explanations of business activity.
  • Automate recording of cash transactions in the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders (Procurement/AP) across to the business to drive improved cash management.
  • Ad-hoc finance projects – system implementation, financial modeling, and others.
