Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in vendor relationships and networking.
  • Understanding of retail stores environment.
  • Understanding of accounting principles: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and subledger understanding experience, cash handling and petty cash control.
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Successfully pass a Criminal History Background Check

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Package agency billing and follow-up.

  • Package agency statements and tracking.
  • Reporting and data analysis.
  • Relationship building and collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage accounting or budget activities and provide fiscal information.
  • Research and review financial records, schedules, reports, and/or problem areas.
  • Reconcile financial statements and reports.
  • Review fiscal operations to ensure integrity, accuracy and control of data.
  • Analyze, summarize and/or review data; report findings, interpret results and/or make recommendations.
