Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a dynamic, consultative role that can see one week differ from the next, but here’s a sample of what you’ll do:

  • Complete onboarding activities of new partners for IoT (Internet of Things)
  • Reconcile on a monthly basis all partner invoices, investigate discrepancies and make adjustments
  • Pull revenue reports and submit partner payments to Accounts Payable
  • Track billing adjustments with partners to ensure they are completed as required
  • Identify improvements to monthly billing processes
  • Provide list of customer charges to IoT CoE (Centre of Excellence) for Customer billing
  • Provide procurement reports and accruals to Finance teams

You are likely in a similar finance role today, with many of the talents and experience points, below:

  • You bring a year or more of relevant analytical experience in a finance/accounting position
  • You are recognized for strong communication and presentation skills, able to write and tell stories from data and complex reports for a variety of audiences
  • You are known for your attention to detail and accuracy
  • You have great time management skills, able to problem solve and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • You have a university/college degree and have completed or are enrolled in (or plan to) a CPA designation program
  • You are proficiency with MS Office Suit
