Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst with a strong background in federal contracting, proficient in Deltek Costpoint and experienced in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. This full-time, exempt position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least five years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will conduct financial analysis, ensure compliance with federal regulations, manage financial reporting, and support audits and financial reviews. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute to strategic planning and process improvements.

EXPERIENCE: MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN FINANCIAL ANALYSIS, WITH A FOCUS ON FEDERAL CONTRACTING.

Proficiency in using Deltek Costpoint for financial management and reporting.
Strong background in managing AP/AR processes.
Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
