Description:
This individual will support the Canada Vehicle Pricing team, the Canada Forecast/Brand Reporting team, and the Canada Retail Incentives team.
Responsibilities of the Finance Intern include, but are not limited to :
Completing special projects and assignments that support process improvements and efficiency
Conducting competitive pricing analysis
Assist with retail incentive auditing and costing
Analyzing data that could lead to potential profit opportunities or risks
Conducting ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
Liaising between Vehicle Pricing and Forecast teams as well as operating partners
Ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, preferably a background in finance, strong Microsoft Excel/Power BI skill set with a propensity to streamline and automate
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
Ideal candidate will have recently completed their studies
Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Legally authorized to work in Canada
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Master’s Degree
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables under tight time constraints
Some flexibility in work schedule to meet internal deadlines
Solid interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work productively as a member of a cross functional team
Energetic, ambitious, and motivated, with demonstrated performance
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Microsoft Power BI experience
