Responsibilities:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exercises some discretion and judgment in helping prepare financial and business-related analyses and research in areas like financial and expense performance, budgeting, costing, rate of return, depreciation, and working capital.
  • Assists in the preparation of routine forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance, general business conditions and other related areas.
  • Brings inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management.
  • Analyze performance trends, comparisons to budget, and expense run rates to assess business risks or opportunities.
  • Provide consistent budget updates and performance explanations to cost center and business owners.
  • Update business models to prepare routine business cases.
  • Develop reports by accessing information from various financial systems and company databases to build insights into business performance.
  • Monitor and provide insight into key variances and business trends and identify risk and opportunities to ensure delivery of the short-term financial targets and long-term strategic goals.
  • Interface between sub-regional leaders & central finance function.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • +3 years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, chart creation, data cleaning, complex formulas, macros, VBA, data visualization, and spreadsheet management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for analysis and communication with the business
  • Fluency in English
