Financial Analyst/Management Accountant - 6 Months FTC

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Work with sales and operational teams to provide information that helps managers make decisions
• Clinical workforce productivity measurement and reporting
• Working with data analyst team to build and maintain models using Tableau to support management information
• Support in preparation of forecasts and annual budget

• Practical approach to problem solving
• Strong understanding of labour productivity measures in a service or manufacturing environment
• CIMA or ACCA part qualified / qualified
• Prior use of Tableau (or other data reporting tool) useful
• Review and analysis of the monthly management accounts and key KPI reporting
• Weekly reporting of key numbers to both the finance team and the wider business where appropriate
• Cash flow analysis and forecasting
• Supporting with all budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning
• Interpret and communicate financial data regularly with non-financial managers across the business
• Identify key process improvements and support with ad hoc projects
