EDUCATION

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. (MBA or CFA preferred.)
• Achievement of formal certifications recognized by the industry as equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree.

The Financial Analyst, under the guidance of the Director of Finance, supports the financial management across Mazuma. They are responsible for asset liability management (ALM) software maintenance and accurate ALM reporting. This individual develops, maintains, and reports on data included in the profitability, investment and budgeting modules of the ALM software. This team member will conduct in-depth analysis and reporting in support of the credit unions business strategy.

To be successful as the Financial Analyst we are looking for someone with:

• Three to five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
• Two years experience in a financial institution.
