THE ROLE

Versaterm is currently seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst (Operations) to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be partnering with executive leaders across the Operations, Technology, and Finance teams to analyze Versaterm’s operational strategies and performance. This role is strategic, impactful, and highly critical.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop capacity & planning model and methodologies to drive management and prediction of contracted services subscription start (’Go-Live’) dates
• Coordinate with accounting, operations and support manager to develop productivity and cost models for customer support, implementations and professional services functions.
• Develop key metrics in this area to drive planning and forecasting related to revenue growth.
• Develop product specific models and analysis of cloud hosting services and technology cost, based on usage or licence requirements.
• Track & analyze capital spend
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Operations team to aid in decision-making and resource allocation.
• Assist operation and R&D team in process and system implementation
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support the Company’s Operations team as required
• Support development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts aligned with the company’s strategic objectives
• Regularly monitor actual performance against forecasts and budgets, providing variance analysis and actionable recommendations
