MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience/Education:
- Graduate from an accredited school with a degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2 years of financial planning and analysis or general accounting experience. Prior experience with NetSuite Budgeting and Planning
- Proficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calm
- Must be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion team.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Financial Analyst works directly with the Chief Financial Officer to review the monthly financial performance and assist with budgeting and planning. The Financial Analyst will analyze past financial performance to predict future performance and to advise the company on its financial strategy.
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Supports annual financial budget development and monthly financial forecasts in coordination with CFO.
- Analyzes business and financial data to support/develop forecast models.
- Creates financial models based on analyses to support organizational decision making.
- Develops reports for organizational leaders.
- Develops automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data.
- Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitors variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
- Prepares periodic reviews of actual vs budget variances.
- Provides financial analysis support to various areas of the company.
