Job Description: Byram Healthcare, a leader in providing innovative healthcare solutions, is seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our team. Our team is located at the corporate headquarters in White Plains, NY. In this role, you will work closely with our Billing & Reimbursement teams, Finance Teams, and senior leadership, including the CFO, to ensure accurate and timely reporting of the company’s revenue cycle operations. You will analyze collections, write-offs, denials, and workflow efficiencies, and provide valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the financial health of a growing organization.
Pay range for position is: $78K-$92K. Level and compensation will be dependent on candidate experience.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data modeling, and formulas.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle complex problems under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare finance or revenue cycle management.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence systems such as Cognos or Power BI

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis of collection efforts and provide recommendations to management for corrective actions
  • Leverage data to evaluate company performance and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Billing & Reimbursement departments to assess financial and operational outcomes and drive process improvements
  • Provide ongoing support through detailed data analysis to Managers and Supervisors within the revenue cycle process
  • Interpret and present financial results to both finance and non-finance teams, ensuring clarity and understanding
  • Work directly with senior management on high-impact initiatives, contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy
  • Perform ad hoc projects as needed.
