Description:
We are recruiting a Compensation Financial Analyst to become a part of our client’s team in Troy, Michigan. The role focuses on providing critical financial insights and analysis to guide strategic decision-making processes. This role will be instrumental in updating and maintaining financial records, calculating incentives and contributions, and preparing various financial reports.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly update and maintain financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Perform monthly and quarterly account balancing.
- Prepare and present various financial reports, including profit sharing contributions and capital contributions.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgeting processes.
- Perform auditing tasks to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Calculate incentives and distributions for various stakeholders.
- Review and summarize financial agreements and contracts.
- Compile year-end compensation packages for stakeholders.
- Assist leadership with ad hoc reporting and special projects.
- Utilize various accounting software systems to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct data mining techniques to gather necessary financial data.
- Oversee and manage various accounting functions.
- Apply knowledge of accrual accounting principles in daily tasks.
- Participate in capital management and budgeting processes.
- Perform compensation analysis as needed.
- Possess at least three years of experience as a Financial Analyst or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.
- Experience in various Accounting Functions.
- Knowledge of Accrual Accounting.
- Experience in Auditing is a must.
- Familiarity with Budget Processes.
- Experience in Capital Management.
- Proficient in Budgeting.
- Experience in Compensation Analysis is necessary.
