Robert Half is partnering with a great firm in Shreveport that is searching for a Financial Analyst to join their team! The ideal candidate is currently a Financial Analyst with ~1-5 years of experience. They work well under pressure. They are organized, dependable, and detail oriented. They are looking to join a small company and don’t mind wearing a few different hats from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in accounting or finance, master’s or MBA is a plus
Ability to excel under pressure
Detail-oriented with the ability to step back and see the big picture
Desired exposure to oil and gas or private equity preferred
Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mind that doesn’t stop until a project is complete
Proven proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI

Analyze royalty payments to ensure companies are being paid correctly
Organize data so that reports and analysis can be refreshed quickly
Create monthly and quarterly summary reports for clients and investors
Assist with the firm’s asset divestment process
Create and manage financial models for investments
Refresh and review data models and reports in PowerBI
Develop and maintain board and investor presentations
Assist with writing quarterly Management letters to investors
