As a Financial Analyst, you will gain valuable experience working with a team of talented professionals across the organization. This role will give you the ability to develop the skills and competencies needed to become a successful CPA.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and review journal entries and ensure compliance with Accounting Standards i.e. IFRS and business practices.
  • Partner with IT to support OPEX processes and system implementations
  • Prepare the analysis of monthly / quarterly results and issuing required reports and account reconciliations
  • Evaluate and co-ordinate OPEX related issues with various departments
  • Conduct analysis and validation of purchase order accruals
  • Ensure integrity of data in models and reports, while thinking about new and innovative ways to make existing reports more efficient and effective
  • Lead special projects / ad-hoc assignments as required
  • Provide ad hoc & self-driven financial analysis as needed to improve business
  • Assist with the maintenance of appropriate financial reporting controls for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
  • Assist with ensuring appropriate financial and accounting policies and procedures are being followed for all business units.
