  • Strong report writing and ability to review technical documents (inc. loan agreements, accounts)
  • A basic understanding of debt capital markets, banking markets, risk management, securities and derivatives

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

Savills Financial Consultants is a dynamic, growing and exciting place to work that is seeking to continue to grow in a sustainable manner through the recruitment a new Financial Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced analyst to join our team working specifically with our affordable housing clients
We are centered in a unique position where we can easily draw upon expertise from a range of specialist colleagues across the broader organization, resulting in the provision of comprehensive cross-division, tailored solutions to our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performing in-depth analysis of business plans and data
  • Running shadow credit rating analysis and presenting findings
  • Financial modelling and review (including net present value analysis)
  • Drafting of treasury strategies and treasury policies
  • Providing analytical support and project management throughout debt transactions
  • Supporting Directors and Associate Directors in the management of client relationships
  • Providing analytical support for pitches to new clients
  • Drafting of economic and market updates for clients
  • Attendance and presentation during client meetings
  • Understanding and articulating the macro-economic conditions in the markets we work within
  • Introducing ideas to the team to expand and improve our service
