We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst/Accountant to join our Accounting Finance team.

JOB SUMMARY

The Sr Accountant/Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the Bank’s accounting function by providing critical financial reporting and analysis, including analysis of budget vs. actual variances. This role is essential in driving process improvement initiatives and ensuring the financial health of the organization.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• 3-5 years of industry experience.
• Banking or financial services industry preferable.

SKILLS:

• Proficiency Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Time Management - the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

KNOWLEDGE:

• Managerial accounting.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to remain stationary (sitting or standing) for prolonged periods.
• Ability to conduct keyboard or computer work for extensive periods.
• Ability to communicate clearly (understand/be understood) with customers in person or over the phone/computer.
