QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with financial modeling and data transfer.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create professional presentations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Nutshell.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial reporting and analysis processes. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data transfer, creating professional presentations, managing borrower reporting, updating pipeline activities, and conducting various research tasks. Your ability to manage data, create insightful charts, and prepare comprehensive reports will be essential in driving our investment strategies and decision-making processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Reporting : Transfer monthly financial reporting data into financial model templates.
- Presentation Creation : Assist in the creation of PowerPoint presentations, including transferring charts and analysis from various sources into client’s standards.
- Borrower Reporting : Review and update reporting files to ensure borrowers are sharing required financial information on time each month.
- Pipeline Management : Update the pipeline in Nutshell (CRM) based on a weekly pipeline report that shows new deal activity.
- Deal Activity Recording : Record and update the weekly pipeline report based on daily activity regarding new deal generation.
- Data Management : Assist in cleaning up data in Excel and creating charts based on guidance.
- Ad-hoc Research : Prepare ad-hoc research requests ranging from industry, marketing, and financial reports.
