Summary
This position is responsible for assisting the CFO in Proforma development for the employment of physicians. Responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting numerous documents during the due diligence phase. This will include profit and loss statements, billing reports, real estate leases, equipment leases, managed care contracts, on-call agreements, Medical Directorships and other legal documents.
