QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Business Sciences or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in Transfer Pricing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong initiative, independence, and motivation to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills Needed for Success:
  • Transfer Pricing Expertise: Experience with Transfer Pricing strategy, documentation and compliance in a multinational environment.
  • Tax Knowledge: Strong knowledge of legal and tax requirements, with the ability to apply them in a dynamic, global business context.
  • Project Management: Ability to lead and implement financial projects across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • SAP & Financial Systems: Proficiency in SAP, Oracle HFM and other financial software used for data analysis, reporting, and consolidation.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, German is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • When joining Freudenberg Performance Materials Group (FPM), you become a part of a diverse organization that is a Global leader with 60+ entities across 25 countries. As a Financial Analyst, you will be instrumental in managing and refining our Transfer Pricing Strategy, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and adherence to global tax and legal standards. You’ll be the central point of contact for transfer pricing matters, supporting the Global Finance team, and driving projects that shape the financial landscape for FPM.
  • Your Impact:
  • Transfer Pricing Strategy: Lead the development and continuous improvement of FPM’s Transfer Pricing Strategy, including Services and Licenses.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain Transfer Pricing tools for margin monitoring, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting across the business group.
  • Global Collaboration: Serve as the subject matter expert and first point of contact for Transfer Pricing and consult FPM entities to ensure compliance.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Drive global Transfer Pricing documentation and ensure alignment with local and global regulatory standards.
  • Project Leadership: Implement FPM wide Operational Transfer Pricing tool EXA and represent FPM Global Finance in group wide initiatives, roundtables and committees.
