POSITION OVERVIEW

The Financial Analyst reports to the CFO and is responsible for leading strategic financial, accounting and analytical projects. This role works closely with finance, accounting, IT and the Reunitus business teams to optimize systems, processes, analytics and reporting to provide strategic business insights, support business decisions and help drive profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data analytics or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst with strong accounting acumen
• Expertise and engagement with financial ERP systems, ideally NetSuite
• Involvement with corporate strategy, consulting and FP&A
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes, ideally within NetSuite.
• Proven expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and business analytical tools

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Conduct detailed financial analysis focused on strategic business objectives and key performance indicators.
• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Assist in preparing timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and build P&L reports for business units
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with business, operational and technical teams to ensure key financial processes, reporting and analytics meet the needs of the business.
• Continuous Improvement Champion: Evaluate financial systems, methodology and reporting to improve company profitability through continuous improvement efforts.
• Support Financial Systems: Provide continuous support, troubleshoot issues, and manage notifications for NetSuite and related financial systems.
• Strategic Decision Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support business decisions. Lead complex projects across business units using NetSuite.
• Research & Special Projects: Conduct financial and market research to identify business opportunities and lead strategic initiatives.
